1. Scope of Service

Serenity Dwell provides medical-grade botanical estate stewardship, restorative resets, and logistics management. All service agreements are subject to a visual home assessment and a signed Stewardship Plan.

2. Professional Standards

We utilize exclusively non-toxic, botanical-grade agents. While our products are selected for their safety profile, clients are responsible for disclosing any known severe allergies or medical sensitivities prior to service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To maintain our curated rhythm of care, we require a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled stewardship event.

4. Liability & Discretion

Our team operates with the highest level of discretion. We are fully insured and bonded. Serenity Dwell is not liable for pre-existing architectural damage or the natural wear of heirloom surfaces, though we exercise extreme caution with all physical assets.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, branding, and service descriptions, is the property of Serenity Dwell and may not be used without express written consent.
