What makes your products "Medical-Grade"?
We utilize botanical disinfectants that are EPA-registered to kill 99.9% of pathogens including viruses and bacteria, but are derived from plant-based essentials like Thymol. They offer the efficacy of hospital-grade cleaners without the neurotoxic load of bleach or ammonia.
Is your service safe for neurodivergent households?
Yes. Our brand was founded on this necessity. We avoid synthetic fragrances and disruptive chemical off-gassing, ensuring the air quality remains calm and safe for those with sensory processing sensitivities, ADHD, or epilepsy.
Do I need to be home during service?
Most of our clients prefer to provide a key or secure access code. We operate with high-level discretion and are fully insured, allowing you to return to a perfectly staged and purified home without interrupting your day.
How do you handle heirloom or delicate surfaces?
We are stewards, not just cleaners. We use low-moisture dry vapor and specialized botanical treatments for high-end stone, unsealed hardwoods, and delicate architectural details that would be damaged by standard wet mopping or abrasive chemicals.
What is your service area?
We currently serve Wake Forest, Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill. For properties outside this area, please contact our concierge for a custom logistics quote.
