The Pursuit of Serenity
We believe true luxury isn't just a spotless home — it is a biologically safe, rhythmically maintained sanctuary designed for peace of mind. Six distinct divisions. One uncompromising standard.

Our Origin
Witnessing the Impact.
The journey of Serenity Dwell LLC began in a Texas classroom. While serving as a teacher, Tami saw firsthand the invisible toll that harsh, synthetic chemicals took on her students. From respiratory issues to a clear decline in overall vitality, the evidence was undeniable: the environments we build for our children are often working against them.
This observation evolved into a standard of care that refuses to compromise. We realized that true luxury isn't just about a polished finish — it is about a safe, pure foundation.
The Foundation of Discipline
That standard of care is anchored by an operational philosophy built on decades of field observation. Steven Rodarte, an enrolled member of the Little Shell Chippewa Cree of Montana, structured Serenity Dwell LLC not as a traditional service company, but as a system of accountability. As a Native-Owned business, we believe that hard work, loyalty, and unwavering consistency are the only sustainable foundations for a company that lasts.
The Botanical Standard
We do not use artificial fragrances to mask odors or harsh surfactants to fake a clean surface. Our operational non-negotiables guarantee a biologically pure environment.
Biocompatible Agents
We use Branch Basics — 100% plant-based, human-safe concentrates mixed with distilled or filtered water. Safe for respiratory sensitivities, sensitive nervous systems, and delicate architectural heirlooms.
Sensory Harmony
Our presence in your home is designed to be deeply restorative. We leave behind no harsh chemical odors, disruptive residues, or chaos — just a profound sense of calm and purified air.
Discreet Professionalism
We operate as quiet stewards of your estate, treating your private life with absolute discretion, respect for your schedule, and meticulous attention to detail.
Six Values. One Standard.
Every environment we touch belongs to someone who matters. We treat each home as if it were our own — with intention, attention, and genuine investment in the outcome.
The standard does not change based on circumstances, schedule pressure, or who is watching. It is applied the same way every time, by every operator, in every home.
A single exceptional visit means nothing without the next one. Our clients pay for the guarantee of consistency — the same care, the same result, every time.
Respect for the client's home, time, and trust. Respect for the operator's effort and growth. Respect for the standard itself — as the thing that makes everything else possible.
We do not pass blame or make excuses. Every associate owns their work — the quality of it, the consistency of it, and the correction of it when it falls short.
Luxury sounds like certainty, calm, and restraint. We train our operators to manage their biological state — to move with intention, not urgency, in every environment they enter.
Driven by Four Books.
The Serenity Dwell standard does not rely on chance. The operational backbone of our entire ecosystem is built upon four books authored by Steven Rodarte. Our associates operate with a mindset, not just a manual.
High Frequency Thinking
Execution under pressure. Built from 20+ years of field observation. Training our associates how to stop letting pressure decide before they do: Control → Recognition → Choice.
Thinking In Bets
Decision calibration under uncertainty. Understanding that every choice puts something at risk, and confidence must be measured against reality — not feelings.
Clear Thinking
Cognitive noise reduction. Clarity is conditional, not heroic. We train our teams to protect the conditions that allow good judgment to operate before it is needed in the field.
Sound Judgment
What judgment becomes over time and what it leaves behind. Instilling the posture that survives pressure, ensuring our standard is delivered flawlessly every single time.
